Ever sat down to post on social media and thought, “What do I even say today?” A content calendar saves you from that frustration. And good news: it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Step 1: Pick Your Posting Frequency
Decide how many times a week you can realistically post. (Consistency > perfection.)
Step 2: Choose 3–4 Content Pillars
Examples: Tips, Behind-the-Scenes, Client Stories, Promotions.
Step 3: Assign Topics to DaysExample:
Monday = Tip
Wednesday = Story/Behind-the-scenes
Friday = Promo
Step 4: Batch Brainstorm Ideas
Take 15 minutes to write 5–10 ideas under each pillar. Now you’ve got a month’s worth of content!
Step 5: Plug It Into a Calendar
Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or even pen + paper works.
You don’t need fancy tools. Just 30 minutes of planning can save you hours of stress and keep your brand consistent.
